Responsibilities:
Accountable and responsible for the overall management of the Legal, Corporate Governance and Corporate Secretarial functions of PLISB and its Group of companies.

1. Analyze and recommend the development of legal strategies for commercial agreements and arrangements through the process of legal perusal and drafting of commercial agreements and legal documentation and the provision of legal advice to preserve the PLI Group's business objectives and to ensure that the commercial requirements are clearly expressed and achieved.
2. Participate in the capacity of lead and advisory role in negotiations of commercial agreements and projects including merger and acquisition activities towards achieving the best negotiated commercial objectives for the PLI Group.
3. Perform the function of Company Secretary for PLISB and the overall management of the company secretarial portfolio of PLISB and its Group of Companies.
4. Management of ligitation cases, engagement of external lawyers and oversee the planning and development of case management by external lawyers in pursuing or defending claims to enforce and protect PLISB Group's legal rights.
5. Analyse and recommend the development of legal protection strategies for PLISB's intellectual property assets encompassing licensing issues within the PLI Group and with third parties, brand management and use of trademarks, domain names and website management, protection of confidential information and trade secrets and the protection and management of industrial designs and patents.
6. Ensure the risk management aspects of PLI and its Group of companies covering aspects of geo-political risks, legal risks (product liability issues), financial and credit risks and commercial risks are properly managed and mitigated.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a basic tertiary degree in Law and Professional Legal Practice Certification. ICSA or equivalent corporate secretarial qualification would be an advantage.
* At least 7 years of working experience in direct legal work in a sales/marketing environment.

Client Service, Senior Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur)


Responsibilities: 


Manages and service existing client and potential prospect.
Ensure smooth project and campaign flow for the company and the clients. 
Works closely with the product and technical team to plan, develop and manage mobile marketing services to and for clients. 
Drives marketing plans and proposals to and for clients. 
Develops and manages research and reporting to and for clients. 
Business Development & Revenue Assurance.


Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Sociology or equivalent. 
At least 2 years experience in the communications, Internet, or mobile industry. 
Preferably with at least 2 years experience in client servicing. 
A good understanding of the mobile/wireless industry. 
Independent, motivated and a fast learner. 
Good client handling and problem solving skills. 
Good communication & presentation skill necessary. 
Experience in Project Management & Business Plan development would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities: 
Opportunity to manage a team of up to approximately 50 team members. 
To provide leadership and co-ordination structures for production processing and broadcast monitoring. 
Involvement in all production recruitment and training. 
Ensure adherence to all training guidelines for production. 
Ensure adherence to all KPI parameters for the team. 
Oversee employees on shift work and ensure optimum production capability at all times. 
Pro-actively solve production and staffing issues. 
Capably plan for new production & broadcast content and processes.
Conduct training and staff development activity.
Provide production and other performance related reports to the Operations Manager.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Proven ability to lead, train and co-ordinate a large team of people in a pressured, deadline driven environment. 
Candidates with a background in Journalism, Media, and/or Broadcasting are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication skills – written, spoken, and comprehension. 
Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong capabilities to adapt to new software programs. 
Experience in working flexible hours in a pressured and dynamic environment. 
Experience in managing teams in a 24/7 environment
Pro-active problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
Technical awareness and comprehension of systemic process flows. 
Interest in news and current affairs – both Malaysian and International. 
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is desirable.
Keen interest in the media industry.
