Advertising & Promotion Executive
(Kuala Lumpur)




The job:
A&P
To provide support and assist A&P Manager in the planning, implementation and monitoring of all advertising and promotion activities


To consistently monitor A&P expenditure vs budget set


To work closely with Merchandising and Operations Departments on new product launches and nationwide promotions


To assist in developing point-of-sales materials and ensuring that these materials are allocated to all outlets on schedule


To work closely with the appointed advertising agencies and other suppliers on all above and below-the-line advertising programmes, ensuring cost-effectiveness at all times


General
To assist the Marketing Director in the preparation of Quarterly Reviews, Annual Marketing Plans and Business Reviews


To establish visual merchandising guidelines and ensure their adherence by all Outlets


Submission of monthly reports


Regular outlet visits


Assist in official store openings and Company events


Any other duties assigned by the company as and when deemed necessary


Our requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

Good command of both oral and written English

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Computer literate

Good presentation and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
