Manufacturing Engineer (FOL/EOL/Test)
(Melaka - Krubong)

Job Responsibilities :

Supervise production operators and technicians to meet set production or operation targets.
Sustain machines and process to meet daily output, compliance, yields and quality goals.
Undertake equipment improvement programs to minimize downtime.
Lead a team to achieve set KPI (compliance, productivity, quality, cycle-time, WIP and line discipline).
Manage customer complaint through 8D reports.
Perform line audit to ensure compliance.
Training of new staff.


Experience :

3 to 5 years related experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
Education :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
Skills Required :

Leadership, team management and coordination skill.
Problem solving and analytical skills through the use of statistical methods.
Training Skill.
8D knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement orientated.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Excel, Power Point, Words.
Willingness to work in weekend when necessary.
