Industrial Engineer
(Melaka - Rembia)



Responsibilities:

Plans utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency

of operations: Establishes work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to

develop standards for labor utilization and line balancing

Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production

costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization

of workers and equipment.

Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials

and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work

stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.

Automating the line for improved productivity and efficiency



Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's

Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Lean Manufacturing, distinct experience in doing layout, OEE
improvements, Ramping. efficiency improvements etc.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Applicants must be willing to work in Rembia.
