Nissho Precision (M) Sdn. Bhd. is Japan base company manufacturing in Die Cut Parts and Paper Carrier Tapes for electronics components. The Company has been establish since 1996 and the only Paper Carrier Tapes manufacturer in Malaysia under Nitto Denko group. We are certified ISO 9001:2000 version.

Nissho grooup has 20 sales - representatives and 8 manufacturing factories through out Japan with 18 sales office and 12 manufacturing factories in overseas.

Responsibilities:
JOB STATEMENT
Cordinate with supplier and customer to ensure goods receive and send on time in good condition with full quantity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Purchasing
check on material status in warehouse issue PO to supplier and follow up the delivery date together with quantity.
key in daily receiving for Purchase Invoice
Prepare daily listing and monthly report listing of Purchase Invoice for Acc dept.
Help to source for new supplier.
check monthly stock balance & print report.
Sales
Liase with prod (Sbn & Penang) to ensure can fulfill customer order.
Monitoring/follow up the delivery from supplier to customer
Issue all related shipping document (Invoice, P/List , GPB and D/O)
Prepare monthly trucking schedule and liase with forwarder.
Daily checking PO and Forecast in Internet System
Arranging all goods from factory to customer.
key in all invoices, new parts in UBS System and also for unit prices (if got any changes) and up date time to time.
Prepare for monthly IPC sales report and submit to Account Dept & Shipping


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Preferred language(s): Japanese.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Management or Others.
