Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering is preferred.
Planning and production control experience will be an advantage.
Knowledge of spreadsheets to prepare reports for analysis and presentation.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (eg. Promis) and Enterprise Application System (eg. Oracle) to enable efficient use of system tools to execute job functions effectively.
Effective follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply for junior position.

Job Purpose:


Provide support to management in achieving company goals through effective planning, management and execution of turnkey schedule with internal and external support groups.

Principal Accountabilities:
To review customer requirements and Fabout plan and work with subcontractor to meet requirements.
Prepare daily plan with consideration to Fabout dates, capacity and cycle time.
Monitor and manage daily subcontractor performance to ensure customer delivery compliance are met.
Work with YE, CE, Manufacturing, Sales, CSRs & Subcontractors on production and new devices matter.
Optimise backlogs and WIP to maximise throughput & linearity through knowledge of capacity and process constraints.
Utilise Promis system for WIP management and Oracle system for order management extensively.
Ensure proper billings by subcontractors through verifying correct volume and price is used.
Project management.
