Manager, Advertising and Promotions
(Kuala Lumpur) 

 

Responsibilities: 
Principal Responsibility
Ensuring an efficient and effective management of Advertising & Promotions Department. 


General Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution of the company's strategic plans, public relations, publicity through Corporate Communications and Advertising and Promotions.
Plan and execute customer, media, public relations and other Corporate Communications programmes (inclusive of press conferences and press interviews)
Manage and coordinate with the creative team, media, venue providers, contractors and suppliers in respect of the company's requirements for all advertising, promotions & communications activities.
Manage and coordinate branding and advertising & promotions activities for the company.
Prepare press releases, press statements and information memoranda.


Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
At least 10 years experience in Corporate Communications and Advertising & Promotions with 5 years in managerial level.
Must possess excellent communication skills for both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must have a flair for writing.
Experience in handling communication activities especially in retail industry is preferred.
