Industrial Engineer
(Johor - Senai)

Responsibilities:



Analyses current operations, their methods and resource utilisation and recommend alternative methods aimed at improving efficiency in the use of labour, people and machines. Undertakes detailed work-study on current or new product lines as directed by superior.
Maintains records of labour and machine effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Works with facilities and engineering departments to optimize the utilization of the equipment and facilities.
May be assigned to time study work as his principal activity in establishing new standards or revising and updating old standards.
May be responsible for method improvements, controlling and auditing manpower requirements.
Performs any other job/function that may be assigned to him by his superior.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Material Science) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): PC Tools.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Process & Systems.
Min 3 years of relevant experience within manufacturing industry
Good knowledge in PC tools (esp. Excel, Access), AutoCAD and other work measurement methods
Inovative, analytical, cost conscious and good communication skills to interact with all levels
Experience in Kaizen; Lean Manufacturing would be an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
