FINESSE MOULDING (M) SDN BHD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLASSIC SCENIC BERHAD, a company which is listed on the main board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Finesse is an ISO certified company and is leading in the manufacturing of wooden picture frame moulding with the manufacturing facilities located in Rawang (35-min drive from Kepong/Jln Kuching) . In line with our business expansion, we are seeking highly motivated, competent and talented individuals to fill the following positions:
QA Senior Executive/Asst. Manager
(1 full-time position)

(Selangor)


Responsibilities:
Implementation and follow-up the Quality Assurance System, and to ensure its compliance
To implement and monitor according to quality procedure (SOP).
To check and verify quality compliance of incoming material (e.g. packaging material), and WIP products.
To control finished product quality before delivery.
Treatment of the non-conformity.
To analyze quality results to improve quality.
To analyze customer complaints.
To maintain and monitor company quality management system, ISO9001:2000, FSC at all time.
To conduct QA meeting with production supervisors.

Requirements:
Min. Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience preferably 1 year in wooden product industry
A team player with cost conscious, disciplined, positive and resourceful in problem-solving skills.
Possess strong capability in quality assurance, negotiation and coordination of the day-to-day production activities.
Required Language: English and Chinese.
Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang.
Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Knowledge in management information system such as ERP (BAAN or SAP) and process improvement methodology (TQM, Six Sigma, SPC) is an advantage.
